Default Bad hair days

Ok ladies,Our first cruise will be Jan. 6 th .on the Elation,I can't wait.!!! My question is ,,,,Do you have trouble with the your hair from all the water around you, or the wind? Whats your secret for keeping nice looking hair? Mine is very long ,and thick,it's tends to get frizzy when it's damp. any tried and true ways to deal with it? Thanks

I know your problem! I have naturally curly hair and just don't fight
the humidity/wind/or anything else.!!! Just a few suggestions. First
don't expect it to stay in place at all times. Use a gel to tame the frizz
and put it up in a ponytail, bun or such. You may want to add a scarf
or hat. In the evening use a curling iron or hot rollers to give larger
less frizzy curls and give it a good coating of hairspray. You may want
to invest in decorative hair ornaments. Have a great cruise.
Happy Sailing.................

There's only one thing to remember on this one. Your on vacation
During the sea days, and ports of call, Pull your hair back in a pony tail, and let it go . If your into wearing baseball caps, you might want to bring one of those. And don't forget to bring the sunglasses

During dinner times, and going to onboard shows, and ect., you shouldn't have a problem.

Happy Sailing to all;
David

You can stay inside the ship without polking your hair in the salt air.... Just study your deck layouts so you know how to get where you want to go... We often walked from the bow to the stern on the Main Deck.... Of course if you go up to the Lido Deck next to the pool you may get messy hair

I was going to say not to take your hair spray. I have had a gooey mess with hair spray. As others say, it just isn't that important on a ship. Go and have a great time.

Garnier Fructis "Surf Hair" works great on my hair; it is a great look for the cruise ship too.

A combination of saltwater and Panama Jack Medallion Tanning oil works well for me.

Go bald. That's what I'm in the process of doing.

the best way to tame frizz is to use a silicone based hair serum.
Frizz-Ease by John Freida is just about the best one around. You use very little a drop or two.
If you use hairspray the best one for cruising is good old White Rain, don't know why but it works better than even the expensive salon brands for humidity.

Well come on! Tell us! I may be there someday and hope hot chics like you will still be trying to pick me up. I figure I have a few good years left and then once I go bald I may as well give it up.
