I know they do offer the discount, but I believe there are some blackout times, better check with a good cruise travel agent, or give Carnival a call. I would think, depending on the cruise, the value of the discount is different.

The discount will vary in the amount & there is a limit on the number of military discounts each cruise that they will let go..... Our military discounts varied each time we got it....

The discount definately varies by date and ship. The most we have ever received is $200pp and the quote I received about 2 weeks for the Valor Dec 30 07 had a $50pp discount. The military discount can be added or withdrawn at any time, so if the sailing you are interested in doesn't have one at this time keep checking back to see if they are offering one. On the same token if they offer a good military discount...grab it while you can!

We are sailing on the Victory April 15. Our military discount saved us about $400....that's money to blow in the casino

If you go to www.cruise.com and conduct a search, you can click the box for military and it will show you the cost with the discount.
