Mazatlan Frank...In business/Out of business..Help!!

We are cruising on the Pride next month and I have emailed Mazatlan Frank
for shore tours for the last 2 weeks with 3 different email address. I have
yet to receive a reply. His website states he replies quickly, so I am wondering if he is in or out of business?? Anybody know anything?

I know some people in our group did tours with him in October. I don't know what ISP you have but try using a public email address and watch your spam folders. I know verizon.net blocks a lot of the island addresses. I would try emailing him from a yahoo or google email account.
