Default shampoo, soap and hairdryer - Liberty balcony??

Have a balcony booked this weekend on the Liberty. Every other cruise ship I've been on, they always have soap, shampoo and a hairdryer in the room. Do they have this on the Liberty? I always bring my own but never end up using it. I'm thinking of saving just alittle space with these few items and using the ships. Anyone familiar with balcony items in the room? Thanks!

I'm sure all that stuff will be in the cabin. When I cruised on Glory last year, we had shampoo and a hairdryer, so save the space and just use theirs for the week.

Have fun!

Default hairdryer.

Bit of advice on the Hairdryer.. get a hold of the thick rubber band used to hold the asparagus and broccoli in the Grocery. I developed carpal tunnel the first time on the Valor. Wised up slid my rubberband over the on switch which needs to be held at all times to on or the dryer shuts off. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=274370

Yes, all cabins on the Carnival Liberty have those amenities. In addition, the cabin's bathroom is stocked with an extra sample packet of shampoo/conditioner , lotion (sample size), creams (sample size), 4 shaving razors 2 for male and 2 for female, antacid pills, Emergen-C packets (energy drink mix), sleeping aid pills (sample size) and a deodorant stick(travel size). What you may find may differ from what I wrote. It depends what they have in stock on your cruise.

Cool - thanks everyone. Can you get more if needed???????
Oh - and won't need a rubber band. Had carpal tunnel fixed already and my hair is short and takes about 3 min. to blow dry! Either that or stick it out on the balcony and air dry.

Cheryl:

Have a great trip. Can't wait to hear all about your cruise. We are sailing the Liberty in early July with a balcony room.

Had a balcony room last year on the Valor and can't go back. Took a bungie cord to keep the door open. Worked well when the wind cooperated.

Safe sailing and enjoy.

You will have all that and much more! You can get extras just by asking your steward. I had a balcony cabin on Liberty my last cruise and had so much fun, am booked on Liberty (balcony of course! ) this March.

Bon voyage!
