Default 19 year old on Carnival Spirit

Will be on Carnival Spirit to Mexico, end of March..What type of events/activities will there be onboard for an almost 20-year old female college student? Anyone have experience w/daughters my age going on a cruise? Is drinking onboard the ship legal over 18?

You'll find enough to do, don't worry. You won't be able to drink on board, drinking age is 21 on the ship. But, in Mexico you'll be able to buy and drink.

No Worries!!!

I've been traveling on Carnival since I was about 10. I'm actually going on my Spring Break trip with a bunch of girls March 3 on the Fascination. You will have nooooo problems meeting people, girls and hot guys. Drinking... pending on your parents. you have a few options. 1 your not "allowed" to bring alcohol on the ship. But conseal it well and mix with juices on board. Or the typical college girl way have a guy buy you a drink, or 4.

Sorry for who ever I prob stirred up with my reply. im a 22 yr old female and im only giving another girl my personal advice!

Have Fun!!

Thanks Jenn for your honest reply!! Sounds like I won't have too much trouble meeting people and the like. Just always worried that as on past vacations I'll be the only one in my age group. It always ends up that the closest-in-age-crowd is several years younger than me.[/quote]

If you go during the spring break weeks, you will meet lots of people your age.
