Sensation to Bahamas - Atlantis Resort Tour

If you went on this tour, please provide a + or - on your experience. My son wants to do this, but do you have to pay extra to do the whole Dig tour - does the excursion only cover part of the Dig? Also we wouldn't be up for shopping or casino, so what else would be cool to see there? My son is 14.
