Default CCL Past Guest Program?

I'm trying to find out information regarding the CCL past guest program, in particular, how many cruises are needed to put you at each level, and the rewards which are provided at each level. It's quite easy to find at the NCL website, however, I don't see it mentioned on the Carnival page.

Is it based solely on the number of cruises you've taken with a particular line, or the number of cruises and at what category room you've traveled at, or the number of dollars you've spent? For example, would a couple who always books an inside room, never buys bar drinks, and who never goes on shore excursions 'advance' as rapidly as a couple who has gone on the same number of cruises as the first, but always stays in suites, racks up a huge bar bill, and takes an excursion or two in every port?

CCL has first time, past guest ( gold key card ), and platinum ( platinum color card ). The only thing that a gold past guest gets is a price break or upgrade for certain cabin catagories booked. You could pay for a 4a and get upgraded a 4g. Platinum has all the perks. VIP boarding, blackjack/slot tourney entries. There are more, but I dont know all of them. I'm sure there is a platinum cruiser here somewhere.

If you take more than one cruise you are considered a VIP. Which basically means you get a free invite to a captains cocktail party for past guest. The real one that is beneficial is on your 10th cruise or more. On these you are considered a Platinum member. This means you get right on the ship with no waiting in line. If you need anything from the pursers desk they have a special line for you where there is usually no waiting. But the best thing is you get free laundry service for your cruise. If you are a past guest you can understand how important this is to have. By the end of the year we will have 8. I cant wait to get 10.

Also money spent has nothing to do with it. It is just the amount of trips taken on carnival. The cruise lengths can be any length and they count. So if you did 10 cruises to no where. You would be considered a platinum guest.

I can't remember exactly all the perks associated with being platinum status but what I can remember is :
Priority embarkation-- free laundry service-- guaranteed dining resevations-- seperate window at the pursers desk so you don't have to stand in a long line-- last time we were given a very nice Carnival tote bag-- platinum colored luggage tags the last night so your luggage will be in a seperate spot and last and maybe best--- priority disembarkation. We met in the main lobby at 7:30 am and were off the ship and in the car within 30 minutes or so. It they did nothing else for platinum members, that priority disembarkation on the last morning would be enough.
