Topless decks Eliminated off All Carnival Cruise Line Ships

We are just off the "Glory", and the funnel deck is still there, with nobody on it even though the other areas were full. The signs are down, and the deck chairs are there, but nobody, and I mean nobody was taking advantage of it. I guess those who wanted to get away from the crowds on our cruise hadn't noticed this great solitary area?

My wife used it everyday when we went on our cruise in 2005. Only about 12 or so used it on the way out to Cozumel. BUT! On the way back the deck was well used. By the last day, every chair was in use and two rows of lounges from one end to the other down the center. I guess it took time for people to realize it's just skin.

Making the area a putt putt did NOT increase the use. On the 2006 cruise, there where no more then two to three people using the putt putt, and most of the time there where none!

We have done 5 cruises, and there are always somebody 'WHO AINT NOT HAPPY'.Well so go to another part of the ship, and act like a adult.No body is telling you to go to the funnel deck, or asking you to go a natural on top.

why do you disagree, if someone chooses to tan topless that is (was) their choice, if you don't agree with it stay away from it. our two cruises we enjoyed the top deck not only for this reason but to get somewhat away from the kids. now I don't hate kids as I have three of my own and the wife does daycare but where else can you go and not listen to the screaming. if carnival turns it into a putt putt it would be a shame if its like ones around here they are all closing down - I would suggest not ever going to orient beach or to europe you would be so offended

In think this whole topic is over-rated and over-hyped.
To my knowledge, few women utilize this topless deck. Most men who defend it do so due to their own fetishes. This empty space could be used for other amenities.

Princess does not have a topless deck and women were topless around the main family pool.
