Default Virgin Islands Sailaway VS. Virgin Gorda "Baths"

Stopping at Tortola from 7am-2pm Carnival Miracle...anyone know or hear of the differences between these two excursions? (besides the fact that Virgin Gorda is another island )

Default done both,

do the sailaway the baths are nice but not worth the price nor the walk down the trail
