Default Grand Turk, St. Thomas, San Juan Excursions

I've booked a cruise on the Triumph (November 24th) going to half moon cay, Grand Turk, St. Thomas, San Juan. Any advice on excursions?? We don't like to snorkel (we are ok with it no the beach - but being dropped off in the middle of nowhere is a bit rough for us), and like adventurous things. Any advice would be MUCH appreciated!!!

The beach and snorkeling are the main excursions on both Half Moon Cay and Grand Turks (I've been to both). I believe both offer horse back riding. Grand Turks has 4 wheeler excursions. Half Moon has a Eco Lagoon glass bottom boat that was interesting. We don't do the beach thing or snorkeling either, but we were not bored. Grand Turks has some beautiful places. We took the island bus (Iguana Bus) and stopped at the prison downtown and the lighthouse and enjoyed that. Can't help with your other ports. Oh, the bus has to be booked through Carnival. You cannot just hop on it, but there are also taxi's that you can hire. Half Moon is Carnival's island, they cook a huge BBQ lunch at the pavillion and it was good. They have nature walks also. You will be able to find something besides the beach and water activities at either port. Have fun.

San Juan is noted for the rain forest tour which I think is well worth it. It is very scenic up in the mountains with waterfalls, overlooks, etc. In St. Thomas, if you are a beach person there are two outstanding locations - Magen's Bay on St. Thomas (with a stopover at Blackbeard's Castle) and Trunk Bay on St. John's which is a short ferry ride from St. Thomas.
