Default Sail & Sign Account Credit

Is it possible to prepay on your Sail & Sign account? It would be nice to start in the plus side! Also, if you can do this, and you are still on the plus side at the end of the cruise, how do they handle the credit? I booked directly through Carnival and I already have my docs. Thanks for your help!

You can deposit cash for your sail & sign card, rather than use a credit card.

If you're getting close to using it up, they'll call you to bring more cash.

If there's money left on deposit at the end, they'll give you a refund.

I had a relative purchase a gift certificate for me, but for some reason it never made it to the house, I called Carnival and found out they had a messed up address. She asked if I wanted her to just apply it towards my account and I said yes. The amount then showed up on my S&S as a credit on the first night.

Give them a call and see if they will do that for you.

Hi sjohnson529,

Here's the Carnival link to buy gift certificates:

As Kuki said, if there's anything left you can get a check back on the last night of your cruise.

However you do it, with cash or a credit, you can always check your balance daily to see where you are.

Kuki is correct as always. You can prepay it with cash.

Good people sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

Courage and perserverance have a magical talisman; before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish into the air.

Pick your company wisely! Hang around people who are going to help you become all God created you to be.
