Default The 4 B's Carnival GROUP Cruise!

I can see from the name of this cruise, I will need to buy a pair of boots, on sale! Not a hardship for me, since my Massachusetts license plate is SHOPP*R!

If you have not planned a cruise for this summer, please, consider the Carnival Conquest. Wonderful rates, and maybe for you, as for me, a new port in Jamacia, Montego Bay. I missed Grand Cayman in January, so this time, I will be rearing to get off, and Cozumel, I will be on the hunt for beads!

Please take a peek, and give Nancy a buzz, if you have any questions.

If you see me at the airport, I will be the one, boot scootin, like a rhinestone cowgirl!! Yeee haw!!

here's the info:
$459 Inside
$529 Outside
$699 Balcony

Be certain to break the boots in so you don't chaff your calves during the cruise.

nursey, you asked about dinner seating. I have requested early seating, but I requested a smaller table in the "area" with the group. We will be traveling with DS, DIL and our 3 year old grandbaby. I have found that since she is so young, it works better. I don't want anyone else's dinner to be interrupted by our little "darling."

She is a seasoned cruiser, however. This will be her 3rd cruise, and she loves to cruise. On the last cruise, we only had a couple of the "I'm 2 years old and I'm not going to cooperate, no matter what you say!" episodes.

Yes, Trip, please let me know what we can do to help.

We've requested early seating. Darlene, how nice your kids could come too! I'm not going to tell mine that your 3yo granddaughter has been on 3 cruises, otherwise they'd be begging to come too!

We wanted the last dinner (8:30), but Nancy said she was only doing 6:00 and 8:00 for the group. We took the 8:00. I don't remember her asking about table size, but I don't mind sitting at a big table. Hopefully I will be with some fun people.

That's a thought that I didn't have. Dinner arrangements. I would like to see everybody at dinner at the same time. What are we to do Kuki?

Carnival has 4 dining times. 5:45, 6:00, 8:00 and 8:30

With Carnival groups we try and do the 6 and 8 PMs for the group. Unless you request otherwise (like asking for a table for 2) you'll be seated with others from the group who have chosen the same dining time.

As much as possible, depending on the size of the group, we try to get tables located nearby each other as well.

The more we think about it the more we feel like 8pm would be better for us.

With port calls closer to 6pm, we just dont see how we could get back to ship and not be rushed to death to dress for dinner.

My hubby works 12 hour shifts and never eats before 7:30-8pm (infact its almost 9 here and he is just now eating lol)....so eating at 6:00 wouldnt suit us at all.

Were shooting for 8pm dinner Hope some more join us!

Gosh Trip, I just remembered, I have two pairs of boots, one pair are ropers and the other are combat boots, both pair are used for work uniforms. I guess I, too, need to go out and get some real cowboy boots. Yehaa! Maybe I'll wear a pair of shorts and the ropers just to get some mileage out of them

Yay nurseypoo! We will see you at the 8:00!

I am NOT bringing boots on this cruise. However, I did see some seriously cute dresses today, but resisted. September is so far away - by that time I might not like them anymore.

Now, a cowboy hat, I might do.

Hi kids,
I am also dining first seating, I like to have the night ahead of me to pick and choose what to see and do...I use to always take late seating, but Kuki got me started on early, and now we choose early...That said though, on the Carnival freedom TA, we will be dining at 8, due to all the long excursions.

We have never been to Montego Bay, any thoughts on what to do? Is it better, nicer, than Ochos Rios?

It's been a few yrs since Cozumel for me. Is the pier repaired, and do we port closer to town, or the old pier? So many questions
