Default Carnival Freedom - News Years Eve

Since no one has experience new years eve on the freedom yet, what is it like on other boats?

We will be docked in San Juan from 5pm - midnight on New Years eve. Do you think they will have anything going on during that time for new years eve? Thanks, Carla

AKCRUISer,
I jsut saw that you will be on the valor the 30th for your nieces wedding. I will be on the same ship for a wedding in st thomas as well on the 2nd. Our wedding group is from Montreal. My cousin is getting married in Maegans Bay on the 2nd. Where is your wedding being held. The wedding reception will be held on the ship at 7 p.m. after a long day at port. I am guessing New Years cruise are a popular time to get married.
