Default carry-on luggage recommendations?

I want to do my 4 night cruise with 2 carry-ons. Can anyone provide recommendations for airlines-approved-size carry-ons that have a handle and wheel? I want to make sure the ones I get aren't so big that they might have to be checked. I don't want to have to worry about lost or delayed checked luggage and also want to easily self-debark. Thanks!

Check the website of your airline. They should have measurements for what they consider carry-on. I would hate to guess, but the 18 inch bag might fit!

Here's the deal.. your only allowed one carry on per person. That being said... Your going to need to buy all the stuff you can't carry when you get to your destination.. They even gave me problems with my mascara so plan on shopping for make up and essentials.

There's at least one formal night. If you can squeeze that in.. good for you but that stuff does take up a lot of room. If you skip the dining room then you won't have to worry about dress up clothes.

yeah, the more I think about it, the better off I may be with one carryon for electronic gear and essentials, and a suitcase for clothes and stuff they don't allow on carryons. Thanks.
