what is a proper "Doc dance" tune ?

I just heard from my travel agent and she said my documents are here. YEA

So what song should I play while doing the Document dance?
"Hot, Hot, Hot" ??
"Macarena" ?
" Somewhere across the sea, my lover stands on golden sands waiting for me and we will be sailing away" That song was on Carnival's commercials last year.
"Volcano" by Jimmy Buffet ? He was born in MS, raised in AL, but attended college in MS about 15 minutes from my home.
I think I might play them all !! 8)

I like the "Let's Go Sailing" tune that Carnival plays on its commercials.

I forgot to mention... Carnival sent a Christmas gift and card to us and when you open the card, it plays that tune. It brings a smile to my face every time.

It depends on what ship you're sailing. If you're sailing the "Liberty", then it's got to be the "Liberty Lambada". If it's the "Miracle", then it's the "Miracle Macarana". Could be the "Glory A-'Go-Go", or perhaps it's the "Triumph Tango" or even the "Fasination Fandango". I'm sure you get the idea,,,now how many more can you come up with, and which one are you doing?

Have a great cruise, and perhaps I'll see you aboard!

Good examples - Beyond The Sea (Bobby Darin) One Love (Bob Marley) and two must listens if you are going to the Caribbean by Jimmy Buffet - Island Fever, and Back To The Islands.

I'm on the Valor. Kind of limits the choices of songs, huh?

Any song with Valor in it might give the impression that I'm marching to war, not a cruise .

Thanks..Beyond the Sea is the song that I was thinking about that was played on the Carnival commericals. " Somewhere across the sea my lover stands on golden sands watching the ships go by. "I have it by the Celtic Women.
I also have Jimmy Buffet's Greatest hits which is most fitting !

Michael... I still have that one. On a snowy day, I open it up and start dancing ... my DH rolls his eyes and says... Aren't those batteries dead YET! hahaha

i like that one!! i remember my sis and i dancing and singing to that one when we were kids. loved it then and still love it now. and its soooo appropiate for the occassion!
