Default Room for our cruise

I noticed is directly under the galley. How much noise will I hear? I guess I will take my sound machine..

We take our sound machine on all cruises, regardless of the cabin location. I have been in cabins below the galley before and not been disturbed by the noise. There was some, but not nearly what I have had in other cabins. The only time we really heard anything was while we were getting ready for late dinner. Other than that, nothing.
