the resort on cocoa beach?

Anyone heard of or stayed at the resort at Cocoa Beach? We are going down precruise in a group of 6. (4 ad, 2 ch). The reviews show that you can get a 2 bdrm fpr around $130/night. Tripadvisor also had some pretty good reviews. We are renting a minivan and dropping it of and taking the shuttle to the cruise so transportation is not an issue nor is parking.

Any advise or comments?

Most people stay at the Radisson at the Port. We are staying at Hampton Inn. They also have shuttle servive. I haven't heard anyone mention Resort at Cocoa Beach.

I'm not familiar with a hotel by that name. We have stayed at the Radisson at the Port and there is a nice Residence Inn next door to it.

I have never heard of this resort but we were just back there for a class reunion and according to the website it looks alot like Ron Jon's Resort. We toured that one and it was really nice. It looks to like a timeshare with rentals so be prepared to listen to a sales pitch. The rooms look just like our timeshare rooms here in California. It is a nice area. We have stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites and the Hampton Inn next to it. Here's the website:

I believe you are looking for the Royal Mansions Resort.

It's used a lot by folks working at the Cape and also to watch shuttle launches. Plus, it's only 5 minutes away from Port Canaveral.
