problem with Carnival's website accepting payments

I have tired now 3 days in a row to pay online to Carnival. Each time i get the same error message. Does everyone have this problem or is it just me?
"5271 : Agency-association-rec record, corresponding to AAR ID given for main agency, was not found." is the error message I keep getting.

I too was having problems making payments online. When i called and talked to a PVP she told me that only travel agents are allowed to make the payments online and that i would have to pay over the phone. The only thing i was able to pay for online were my shore excursions and prepaid gratuities.

I got the same error. I thought maybe because I was using firefox.

I called and left a message with my PVP. She said that currently Carnival is having problems accepting online payments so the function has been temporally disabled. She does not know when it will be working again. Oh well, gives me an excuse to call and talk about cruising with my PVP once a month!

I've gotten the same message two years in a row, and I hear the same message back.
