Default I'm confused...Carnival Liberty

So I have been looking at pics of Carnival Liberty and Conquest class ships in general, and trying to figure out the pool situation. So there are 3 pools, from what I can see. One small pool near the slide, one pool on the lido deck, and one aft pool. The Lido deck appears to be covered from the pics. Is this true? If that is the case, since the aft pool is the dome pool, is that small pool near the slide the only pool with full sun?

As near as I can remember, there are only two main pools aboard "Liberty", or any of the other Conquest ships. The "mid ship" Lido deck pool is the one that all the activities happen at, and is the one that has the big screen (Liberty only). That pool is in the open, and has no retractable roof. The aft pool on the Lido deck, does have a retractable roof, but is kept open unless there is considerable rain, or heavy weather. The aft pool also has the "Adult Only" hot tubs, and more importantly a 24X7 frozen yogurt and ice cream. (this is my favorite hang out spot) To the best of my knowledge, the small pool by the slide is only a landing spot for the slide, and isn't really a pool. I could be wrong, but I simply don't remember seeing another pool up there.

Have a great cruise,,,,Liberty is a super ship.

See you aboard,

Ken

It doesn't. Just ends in a straight line that stops you. But there is a small pool next to the end of the slide
