Sensation -burn cd from digital camera memory cards?

has anyone who recently sailed on Sensation been able to get your photos burned to a cd on board the ship? I don't want to bring my laptop just to download them, but I would like to get cd's burned along the way as a backup precaution. Are there places in Freeport or Nassau that you can have this done as well? I don't care about the cost, I'd rather do that then lug my laptop along for the ride.

Why would you need to burn a CD on board? If it's memory, y ou can always take more than 1 memory card along.
They have really come down in price recently, check with;

I have more than one memory card - just figured if they burn them and it's not expensive, then why not. A person may lose a memory card (that's full of pics), or also accidentally delete pictures.

I have a 2 gig memory card plus 2 half gigs for a total of 3 gigs. i just want to back up the photos in the event the memory card gets damaged. I would hate to lose my vacation photos! and I don't want to carry my laptop along just to download them. so I wanted to know if they can be burned to a cd on the ship or in the ports.

On our Liberty cruise in May, we were not able to burn our pics to a cd. We did in at a 1-hour photo place in Grand Cayman.

I have never found a Carnival ship internet cafe with this capability. I did take my laptop on our Med cruise in May for this purpose and for staying connected to family and work because we were gone for 3 weeks. I will NOT do that again. It was too heavy to carry through the airports and ship terminals and we were always leary of leaving our seats at the same time, in case someone stole it. We had to hide it in the cabin, not an easy thing to do!

I feel the same way about backing up pics on a disc, but I just watch the sale ads and purchase several cards before we leave and burn them when I get home. You can usually find an internet cafe or photo shop/booth in port where you can download the cards to a disc if you really want to do that though.

The Internet Cafe does not have this capability because of security reasons. None of the computers have the capability of accepting any outside media.

You take "your" camera's memory card to the photo shop and they will convert it for you. Oh yes, for a fee.
