Default 30 days and no Docs yet... :-(

So sad. I thought for sure our Docs would be in the mail when I got home today with the cruise being 30 days away and all. Oh well maybe tomorrow......

Don't fret just yet, bet you see them within the next week. I know how wonderful it is to have those in your hands, makes it all real, you know?

Let us know when you're doc dancing. :-)

Don't panic!

I have received docs anywhere from 60 days to 3 days before the cruise. As long as you have filled in your online information you are fine. Print out the "Fun Pass" and take it with you.

If you have cruise line air, make sure you have the flight numbers and departure times and call the airlines to make sure that you are on the flights and have seat assignments. Your TA or PVP should have this information.

Even without the "Fun Pass" you can show up at the pier with a, booking number, credit card and a passport and get on the ship. The porters will have luggage tags and your cabin number. You can fill out the tags, attach them to your luggage and give them to the porters and then proceed to the check-in area. Heck, you don't even need the luggage.

Take care and I hope the documents show up VERY soon.
Mike

Our docs for our January 2007 cruise were supposed to arrive the last week of December 2006. They finally arrived December 27 or 28. The agent we booked was subbing at the agecy and her usual office was a fair distance away. She put the docs in interdepartmental mail and said we would have then by Tuesday (they were closed Sunday and Monday). Somehow the docs got "lost" in the mail system for a a whole week, we should have had tickets in had January 3rd at the latest, we didn't get them until January 8. We were leaving January 13. I was a wee anxious and getting frantic because it was taking so long. I didn't know it would be so much hassel, we could have gone 30 minutes out of our way on Dec 27 and gotten them in hand, but we were assured we would have them on January 2.....ya.....

You will get them, just be patient...I was smart and got all the information I needed before hand so I knew most of the info the package provided.

I hope this time it is smoother...at least I booked through an agency close to work, so I can go anytime during the work week at lunch or coffee...

You can print them from the e-documents.

You will get your documents. Our cruise is 25 days away and our travel agent called us yesterday that they just came in. So we just received them. I am sure they will come next week.

I just ordered mine online and printed them out. The nice thing about ordering them online is that they will never be lost or forgotton (you just need to reprint).

I do remember seeing that if your docs do not arrive within 2 weeks of departure that it automatically defauts to online. So don't panic, you will get them either way!
