Hello everyone... I am a first time cruiser and I am going on the Ecstasy in Oct during the week of Halloween. I was wondering what to expect in Progreso/ Cozumel during that week. I've also never been to Mexico. I've heard it is really different, but dont know what to expect. Anybody ever been there at Halloween before? Would love to hear from you!
I have not been to Mexico for Halloween, but I have heard all about the ships during that time. Be sure to take your costume, because there will be parties, and dancing and the ship will be decked out for the occasion.
You will love the ports you are going to, but the party starts on ship.
Glory did a Halloween party onboard the ship on my cruise in 2006. It was a sea day for us so nothing happened in ports, but it was still fun. All the employees dressed up too!
