Default cost for Carnival to burn photos to CD

I have read that it is an option for the cruise ship to take our digital camera memory cards or rolls of 35mm film. However, price is never mentioned? Does anyone recall how much it was for Carnival to perform this service?

Thank you!
Kevin

Kevin,

I want to say 6.00 but I might be mistaken. I have to go through my cruise stuff today, so let me see if I can find a receipt. I know that hubby said it was cheaper for Carnival to do it.

I think I have read somewhere that it's about $6 to $7. More than Wal-mart, but not that unreasonablely prices.

If you wait until the last day of your cruise, they run specials where it is cheaper. So cool to have film developed to see what you forgot to take before you leave the ship.

Hi Luanne, do you mean the last morning or the last FULL day? I definitely want to get a cd burned as a backup.

thanks! I was going to wait till I got home, run to Kinko's to have cd's burned from my memory card (to send to my family members) but I may as well have them all burned on the ship, then that's one extra trip at home.

Call Kinko's before you leave and ask how much they will charge. That way if the ship is to expensive, you won't blame me when you get back.

ah, I already know it's about $5-6 so I'd rather have copies when I leave the ship.

I was informed earlier (in person from someone who recently cruised) and they told me it was $30...

I am guessing the total was $30, so probably cards/rolls developed.

Thank you!
Kevin
