Hubby lost his underwear and dress sox. We assumed he left them at home and never got them packed but we never found them again! The gift shop saved him!

I lost my camera ( expensive one) on the second to last day of the cruise with all our photos in it, and someone returned it to the front desk, we never found out who returned it, I would have bought them a drink.
It was on the Valor last February.

I alway lose my sweater. And ocassionally my water bottle. Our grown son lost his pants when a litttle old lady pulled them down around his ankles as he was pole dancing at Papa & Beers. (Luckily I stayed on the ship and missed all the excitement

My son lost a new camera cell phone on one of our cruises. Carnival was very good about it, giving us daily updates on the search. At one point, they wanted us to come to the pursers desk to see if what they had, was his. In this box, must have been 10 phones. None were his.
Wow, what a list of lost items! Thanks everyone, keep posting!
At least it doesn't look like anyone lost their cash/creditcards, etc.
It's sad, though, that obviously someone found these lost items and never turned them in. Anytime I find something I don't think, "hey, their loss is my gain" and picket it. Instead, I think, wow, I'd be really pissed/sad if I lost this, I'll get it to the list and found." I think of the smile and thanks I'd get from whoever lost it. That is priceless.
I thought I lost a credit card. What I had done was laid it inside the safe and closed the door. The safe locked automatically (didn't know it did this!) It was the credit card I was using to lock the safe! I learned a lesson, here! Naturally I did this on the last night.
I found a digital camera during muster stations drill. Turned it in. Hope the owner got it back. This was before msblackjack's cruise, so it wasn't hers.

I found a storage card from a camera/phone/digital gadget at the door way to/from the Lido deck. Turned it in to the Pursers desk. Don't know if it was ever claimed.
I wonder if they took someones SD card and printed a few pics off of it and posted the pics around the ship saying.."If this is you come to the Pursers desk!!" would the person actually show or be too embarassed to come forward ?!

20 years ago we had Johnny Cash, Bob Hope and Steve Jobs. Now we have no Cash, no Hope and no Jobs. Please don't let Kevin Bacon die.
We haven't lost anything yet but my son did find a floating ziplock bag with a wallet full of cash, credit cards and sail and sign card when we were in Grand Cayman swimming with the dolphins. Just as he was about to take it to our boat captain, a man came up and asked if it was ours and he said he lost it. We gave it back to him and he turned around and put it back into his swimming trunks. That's probably how he lost it in the first place.

On my last cruise I found 3 pairs of sunglasses and 2 bracelets. First bracelet was found on the deck of the Queen Mary at Long Beach. The sunglasses and other bracelet were found on Carnival Pride. all were turned in, I do hope the owners got them back.
