Getting to Texas, from Boston for a cruise, I have decided , is not an easy thing to do:(
Firstly, this route does not have many options from here, for cruisers, time wise. I wanted to fly into Hobby, but the times did not work out, so, that both ways, would coincide for flying times, to get to the ship, and then, to get to the airport.
So, I ended up flying non stop, which is what I wanted, to Bush Airport.I thought I did it in a timely manner, arriving in Houston at 10:30 am, with a return flight, set for 1:01 pm.
Today I gound out that Carnival's transfers, which my ta was trying to get for me, don't do flights earlier than 1:30. She is working in it, but....
I called foe some prices and it's a hefty $140.00 from Galveston to Bush!!! She also said I could try, rolling the dice and going to the pursers office and try and buy the transfer, saying, they always get there early to accomodate the 1:30 passengers...Anybody eles run into this dilemma?
