Its easy for Wendy to go out and spend 150.00 on a formal dress, so to hear $6. is a dream come true, are you single?

Oh my, that is cheap....alas, I am not am average size so I doubt I'd find anything dressy enough that is in the range I want to pay. No, I will stick to my dressiest dress clothes I wear to work for formal night--dress pants and a nice blouse. Naturally, I have no dress shoes, so I'll be bringing my boots I've had for at least 17 years (and are still the most comfortable "heeled" shoes I have). I do not do high heels, can't walk in the damn things!

Actually...i think u would find some good deals, I am a newly sized 16 but they had plenty of dresses in womens sizes, they actually had more but they were too big for me (which makes me feel good since i been going to the gym like a die hard lately...)

So pretty...

And I ::heart:: Ross! I got my formal there for my cruise this past April and paid $17 for it-it should have been like an $80 dress.

update on my dress...

I pick it up again on thursday. I tried it on..one last time and the length was weird. for some reason the front hung significatnly lower than th back and i was not wearing my "perfect dress" like that..sooo...back to the alteration place. i am glad the dress was so cheap because i think i have put in an extra $40 just to make it perfect. oh well...beauty is not cheap i guess..haha

Misguide I am not a small woman and I buy all my formal cruisewear dresses at Ross also. Last cruise I paid 19 for a dress that came from NY and was marked 139.00. Did the same for all the cruises I have gone on.

gee i now know where to shop for my formal dresses. of course ross is one of my favorite places to shop cause you can get some really good deals and its right down the street. nice dress and black and ivory sounds alot better for a color than that LOUD pink. more classy and elegant.
