Ok.. I guess I don't get it.. I looked at 7232 on the carnival site.. it just looks like a standard balcony room, with an ajoining room.. How does it become a secret cabin? I don't get it... don't get me wrong, I'm new, haven't cruised yet.. will soon.. but I thought secret cabins were ones that had something special about them? Something not known to the public or seen to the public eye?... what does this room have, that the others don't? I'm just curious..
I am not aware of any "secret" rooms on the Miracle or any other Carnival ship. With the exception of areas not accessible to the general public, i.e., crew's quarters, bridge, galley, etc., the entire ship is pretty much attainable by all passengers. I do know there is a small deck in the front of the Conquest class ships on the Lido and Empress deck (that I know of) where you can enter thru exit doors on the above mentioned decks way forward on both the port and starboard side. Passengers like to take video and photos from these decks when the ship is leaving or entering a port. There are no chairs on these decks and there are no lights on these decks at night.

8232 and the one below it, which is not 7232, have longer balconies.

ahhhhhh... now I get it...
What cabin number is directly beneath cabin 8232 ?
I don't think they are considered secret rooms, but any of the "L" shaped rooms near the rear of the ship have a different layout of the room, with tha bathroom off of the sleeping area not in the hallway leading to the cabin door. These rooms also have a larger balcony(almost double in length). The Cat 1 'L" shaped rooms have an upper and lower bed plus a sofa and 2 windows.
There are some truly secret rooms on all of the ships. These rooms are the owners suites. They usually are located near the Lido pool one deck up. My PVP told me he won a cruise in one of them on the Triumph a couple of years ago. If you are on the Lido deck facing the bow look up...you will see curtains...that's them!!

A secret cabin in any cabin that is out of the ordinary, a larger balcony, a porthole when it's supposed to be an inside cabin, a handicapped cabin which is larger, a wrap around balcony you get the idea. I want to get one of these someday. There have been other posts about this might want to search them out.
