This will only show groups who have booked excursions with shoretrips. There are many other groups, large and small on every ship and there's really no way to find out who they are until you board (if even then) unless someone offers that information.
You can try googling your ship and sailing date and may find some groups.

I did not see any groups that have caused trouble in the past listed on your cruise....

I think for the most part, you may not even know the smaller groups are onboard. It's when really large groups book, sometimes,and I stress sometimes, it can change the dynamics, and maybe at times, rooms might be made private..

On our HAL trip in 2001 there was a church group of 600 ppl. They had their own agenda and functions so there was plenty of seating in the shows and lounges.
