Yes, there is a miniature golf course and the traditional water slide.
Cheryl - yep, ugly as home made sin - and they spent some serious money making it this ugly. i.e. customized paneling that is a prominent wood grain pattern in orange, dark brown, black and kinda' puplish. It's everywhere!
Then in the dining room (which otherwise would have been passable) the paneling is red snake skin. There is the traditional bronzy metalics mixed with rose toned metalics in this creepy pattern that forms what looks like a cat eye. In the center of each "eye" is a round light that continuously changes colors.
Everytime you got in the elevator people instead of saying, "hi, where ya'll from" would say "can you believe how ugly this ship is?"
And they mixed multiple, multiple patterns and styles together that just made it look like a back street whore house. It was really very hard to relax because the colors were so in your face.
Oh yeh, there's a big screen where they showed movies each night. The movies were geared toward the port. i.e. in Venice they showed Casino Royale, which has the finale in Venice (great scene if you haven't seen it)
One night was the DiVinci Code and I've forgotten what others we saw. The next day the movies were available for in room viewing for free.
Magnolia Blossom thank you so much for posting that review of Freedom it was very useful to me. I will cruise on the ship next year. Your review was very informative. Overall what did you think of the food?
