Default Liquids in baggage

I'm sure this has been covered somewhere at some point but do the TSA rules for liquids apply to ships or just airlines. Also does the allowed limit for wine need to be packed in carryon or checked. We sail Monday for our first time so we are tring to get things together.

The rules for liquids does NOT apply to ships. Regarding the wine, I suggest packing it in the middle of your checked luggage.

Have a wonderful cruise! Bon Voyage!

I carried my two bottles in my hand. You don't have to hide it unless your thinking about bringing more then one bottle per person.

No rules agains liquid boarding the ships. But no carry on wine bottles on the airplane. I bet that cuts way back on the duty free liquor sales.

I just returned from Napa Valley, and I wanted to bring back a few bottles. I wrapped them in bubble wrap, and then packed all my dirty clothes around them. I sometimes stick them in a big zip-lock baggy too--just in case. I got home with them safe and sound. The airlines will not let you carry them aboard the plane.
