Default Parasailing

My wife and I are really hoping to get to try this out and I was curious if anybody had any recommendations on booking this excursion.

We are sailing Triumph and stopping at Half Moon Cay, St. Thomas, San Juan, and Grand Turks.

Carnival has a booking option at Half Moon Cay for $79pp. Having been on beaches before and been harassed by every local for one activity or another....I thought it was possible that we could do this at half the cost while spending time at one of the beaches on this itinerary. Anybody know what the locals usually ask for this type of activity and where that might be?

Other than "hang on tight", does anyone have any tips?

DW and I have parasailed before and it is big fun. We have always booked thru the cruise line. There is a waiver that must be signed before parasailing. If you do book it locally (and I'm not sure that you can) check it out closely.
