Default VIP/suite question re:cabin

I am booked in a suite on the Conquest and I am curious to know how early the suites are usually ready. I know we get on the ship quickly because of the VIP lounge, but are the suites ready to occupy the same time all others are, or are they done first on that deck?

Also, is the luggage still delivered the same way, or will we get it faster? I can't complain about getting my luggage because the last cruise it was waiting at my cabin door around 3:30. I partially unpacked while everyone was rushing to the muster drill....Yes, I got there late and everyone looked like they were sweating buckets, especially the ones at the back row! I didn't get there last, last, there were quite a few stragglers. Once it was all over, I went back and within 5-10 minutes (and only a few more items to hang up) we shoved off and left port.

In my experience, the suites are not ready any earlier than all the other staterooms, you will still be required to wait until 1:30 p.m. to access your room. The same applies to your luggage, it's all a crap shoot as to when you will receive your luggage, it doesn't matter what type stateroom you booked.

I agree!! Are you by chance in room 7315? It's a great location, and the room steward is a sweetheart.

Our suite wasn't ready early, but we were VIP's and the first people on the ship and it was totally worth a little extra to not have to stand in line... I couldn't believe how fast we got in, it was great. 8) 8)

I think that 1:30 is a ballpark they tell everyone. I got to my cbin at 1pm and it was more than ready for me. I'll have a carry with me, so just in case it isn't ready we can head to Lido and have lunch while waiting for the cabin.

We are booked in cabin 7369, close to the atrium, perfect location to me! I like being near the atrium. Ok, I admit, I LOVE those glass elevators!
