Just returned from Inspirtation - Pictures

How was the cruise? Where did you go? We are going on the Inspiration in Feb. First time on a cruise ever!
Any hints or what to see/do...we'd love to hear!

Couldn't get the link to work and dying to see your pics! I am booked on the Inspiration for back-to-backs November 2008 and have only seen a few shots of the refurbished ship at Carnival's website.

We're going on this one in Feb to Grand Caymen/Calica. What did you do for excursions? Any "must do's" on the ship???
This is our first time on a ship at all...we have no idea waht to do or expect!

It was great! You will have a good time. We did string ray city in grand cayman (must do) and Tulum. Tulum was amazing but the ruins were roped off so that was a little disappointing. My BF's family did the ATV excursion with the snorkeling in Calica instead of Tulum and said it was absolutely amazing.

The ship is pretty laid back so no one specific activity sticks out in my mind. One thing we didn't know to do was ask the pursers desk the approximate time of the activities/games at the pool. They don't put these in the capers because they are not exact times. So if you don't hang out by the pool all day (which us pale skinned geeks try not to do) you miss all those silly contests. You will have so much fun, the crew is amazing. Carla

We were planning on doing the Stingray city anyway...my sis and hubby did it with my parents...so, that was a must do.
As for Calica...we're still tossed up. I don't like snorkeling! Tried it once in Aruba...hated EVERY second of it!
We're thinking about the Xcaret park and the dolphins. But, still not sure. We've heard so many things !! WE just don't know what to do!!

Thanks Carla! The pictures are great. I am so excited for my cruise in Feb. Was the wait long to get off the boat in Grand Cayman? I have never sailed to a port where we were not docked. Should be a lot of fun.
