Sail away deck party on the Conquest
 

Can anyone tell me if the Conquest has a sail away deck party? I will be really disappointed if we just depart Galveston and you could hear a pin drop......does this all depend on the cruise director?

There will always be a big sail away party on deck, unless the weather is so bad it won't permit it.

You have to hurry. Muster drill is at sail away most of the time, unless it has changed since June.

We were stuck in the muster drill as we set sail. I was very disappointed that I wasn't up on deck enjoying the sail away. By the time we made it up on deck we were already pretty much on our way and away from port.

Muster at sailaway on the Conquest, just blew my mind! I wanted a foo foo drink, and I was dressed in May West orange:(:(

On our last 3 Carnival cruises there was no sail away parties. I really hated that....we enjoy the deck parties almost as much as anything. They had the one big deck party on like the next to last night on the cruises but the parties didn't start until like 11 30pm and last less than a hour usually. When we cruised on Disney and RCI they both had big sail away parties. I can't remember if there was a sail away party on our Celebration and Pride cruises. There was not one on Glory or the Fantasy cruises x2 we were on.

On the Miracle there was no sail away party. I think they sailed during the Muster Drill. Too bad I miss it :(

The best deck party EVER was on the Conquest. It was the Red, White and Blue Marti Gras party and went on from 10 pm to 2pm. It was a great time, lots of planning went into it and hundreds of people participated. This was in Sept GO WHITE TEAM GO :D :D :D :D

I agree that was a good one, but it wasn't a sail away party.

It was better than any sail away party!

Funny on seeing how many think a sail away party exists and those who don't LOL
