Fair to good. Nice snack, if you have the late seating for dinner. We enjoyed 2-3 times on cruise.

Our only complaint with the sushi is that every night the selection changes...usually 3-4 kinds to pick from but some nights none will be the type we eat. I wish every night they would have California rolls as a staple.

Sushi on the Paradise?

I'm sailing on the Paradise Dec 17th, and I've heard that because of the long lines, they don't open the sushi until the third evening. Has anyone else heard this?

Not nearly the selection of a local sushi bar but they do have some good rolls. They always seemed to have several western style rolls (california, avacado, crab, etc) but they will have a few more authentic ones. I think they are fairly limited by the fact they cant go to the store every day for things like fresh tuna. They certainly do the best they can and do a nice job with presentation. I would rate them a 6.5 out of 10 on the sushi-o-meter.
