western carribean excursions - valor

Just wondering if anyone has taken the ship excursions in teh western carribean. We will be on the valor in march and are curious.... any insight you can provide is welcome

We took the Catamaran Stingray excursion in the Caymans that was quite fabulous. In addition to some great pics with the stingrays, we also went snorkeling. The water was clear and warm - perfect combo.
