Suite Perks?

Just thought it would be intersting to see what "perks" come along with a suite stay on Carnival ships.....?

Priority embarkation and a larger room, with a bathtub (with jacuzzi jets), and a bit larger balcony as well. That's really about it.

On RCI you also get free laundry, 1 time bar (liquor and soda), floral arrangement, canapes, and other misc. things.

We booked a Cat 11 suite on our future Glory cruise. Other than a having alittle bigger cabin for 3 people we planned on having stay in it I didn't expect much more. We get to the port by 10:30am anyways as usual and never waited to board much so its the same to me as booking a regular outside cabin. If there were not three of us I would have just plain booked a regular cabin because other than dressing, bathing and sleeping we don't spend to much time in the cabin. We were told no other perks other than early boarding without waiting and a tub.

Hello All: We will be leaving Jan 17th to go to Toronto Hotel at the airport, flying to Miami on the 18th to spend a day and then cruising on the 19th. We have booked a suite. I understand exactly what you are all saying, a little bigger room, jacuzzi tub, walk in closets and VIP check in....to my understanding, that is the only thing extra. Because this is our first cruise, we ordered a fruit basket & wine and hoerdeaurves for the room when we first arrive. Sit on the balcony and unwind before we head all over the ship. We are really looking forward to this... 8)

Suites are great. Much bigger balcony and room is like a small hotel room. Just gives you the room without tripping over suitcases or spouses......
