Default orlando to port canaveral transfers

Just wondering with 5 people would it be easiest to rent at the airport and drive myself to our hotel in port canaveral and which rental company has a place to turn the car in at the port.

I would recommend renting a minivan with Budget and they offer a free port shuttle. Their return location is the closest to the port, about 3/4 mile away. I have also seen Avis and Thirty close by. See who has the best deal maybe with AAA, Entertainment Book, etc. It is a simple 50 minute drive to Port Canaveral. Be sure to pre-reserve the van for your return trip so they can have it there waiting for you. Have a great time.

We used Arts shuttle Service. I do not remember what we paid but it was reasonable. The driver met us at the airport and took care of the luggage for us. I found them by googling the name.

My wife and I used Enterprise who gave us no fees for the one way rentals, plus a free shuttle from their office to the port. It looks like most people use the busses from Orlando to the port. Seemed to work well too, you just have to wait for the bus to get full before you are underway.

Default Rental Van

Shuttle of bus is around $30 per person. We are a family of 6, so much cheaper to rent a van from the airport and drop at Cape Canaveral. They then shuttle you to the ship.

Thrifty, Avis, and Budget all have locations.

Van cost was around $65. We flew in the day before, so had transportation and then went to the port next day.
