I have not sailed the Victory, but all the ships I have been on used cash in the casino. I seem to recall that on the Conquest, the slot machines also accepted the sign/sail card. You could get cash advances and have your winnings credited back onto the card. Hope this helps! Good luck!

We just just took a cruise on the Liberty. You can use your sign/sail card on all the slot machines. I'm pretty sure this applies to other Carnival ships.

Manuel.

I have seen the card and cash used on Carnival.

The slots accept cash, coin and you can also use your sail and sign card as a players bank. you can insert cash / coin and then when you want to change to a different machine you can upload your money remaining in the machine to your player bank. This is different that your sail and sign account. Then you can download the money back into the next machine or cash it out at the cashiers desk. It also acts like a player tracking system and when you get 1000 points you get $10.00 to use as you want to. You can also debit your sail and sign account and put it in your player bank.

Don't forget to sign up for the Ocean Players Club either online or in the casino (just ask at the cashier cage). They track your player spend and give you back goodies on your next cruise. On our last cruise they had our cabin decorated, plus gave us a fruit & wine basket as well as $50.00 cash to start our casino play!
