it'll be nice to see you all again!!

I can tell everyone... if you want to book this cruise.. DO IT NOW!!
The buzz onboard amongst bloggers on the cruise is amazing, and no doubt most everyone is going to want to be there version 2.0.

There's going to be lots of things added for the next one.

Prior to the cruise Fantasy will be coming out of MAJOR drydock including redesign and rejuvination.

As soon as I get back I'm going to look to see if we can dig up a nice hotel package to offer for at least 2 days prior in NOLA. it'll be GREAT to see the city again!

Kuki:

We want to book "your" Bloggers Cruise but we have a PVP at Carnival that we have used for years.

What is the procedure? Can I book through him and transfer it to your group leader???

The answer is YES. You can book through your PVP then simply transfer to the agent handling our group to be able to take advantage of our EXTRA amenities, and activities that I'll be planning for those in the CM group.

we will be there for sure, wow the big easy great choice, we were with john in august 2005 on the liberty in europe when katrina hit the big easy and we saw how upset john was but we also saw how he brought everyone together as a whole and how he raised money during the cruise for the people from that area it was amazing. What a choice for john heald blog cruise #2, see you there

We are all booked. I just got off the phone with Nancy. Need to keep this a surprise since Tony knows nothing about it. What a nice Christmas present this will be.

I am so excited. The Fantasy was our first cruise, New Orleans was our first vacation without the kids (many years ago) and it will be our first Cruisemates cruise. She is going to try and get us our same cabin when we sailed the Fantasy before. U107--Penthouse suite.

YIPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!

BTW: Carnival decides our rates were too good and have asked us to change them. I spoke wiuth John Heald today onboard Imagination and he assured us we can still have a cocktail party and things on board under his control but we might have to change the price structure a little.

Those of you already booked should be good (i hope), and we should have an answer on what the new rates will be soon. We already sold over 30 berths, I believe. Please stay tuned and we will book you as soon as he hear from carnival about the new rates.

Paul,
According to John you all are having a great time on the imagination. Too bad carnival wants to change the rate plan for the 2nd cruise your offering it is such a great deal.

The 33 cabins booked already will not have their rates changed. We MAY have to adjust a bit for future bookings... but we're waiting on an answer for that. We may have made a good enough arguement for the folks booking with CruiseMates, that they'll let us go on as is.

We can keep our fingers crossed

We should note that CruiseMates gets nothing from this either way. We're just fighting for the best deal for members of our community.

That's good news. Especially for original 33 cabins which is an amazing start for a group. Of course a little extra for additional Blogger benefits would be understood and fair. Already sounds like a great cruise that can only get better.

I called the travel agent twice today, left messages for her to call me back, as of tonight I still haven't heard from her. I am guessing that she's getting bombarded with requests. I will be on the phone in the morning trying to confirm. ..... I'm so excited, wish it was next week instead of next year
