Default cost/value of Dolphin Cove in Jamaica

Can anyone tell me the cruise sponsored cost of the Dolphin Cove in Ocho Rios? There is a mid range and the top range swimming with the dolphins that I was interested in, rather than just the touch encounter. I am trying to decide which is the best value?

We are planning to go to Discovery Cove in DisneyWorld this summer and I wonder if we should just wait until that trip? Which would be the best experience if anyone has done both.

Also, is there an opportunity to just swim in the ocean and relax on a beach when we are at the Dolphin Cove?
