Carnival Liberty - Eastern - 8 days

If you have been on the Carnival Liberty within the past 6 months, would you let me know what nights are considered the "formal" dress up nights, on the 8 day cruise?

I have "30" days to go, and then I'll be there.

I was on the Liberty in dec.07 . Captain cocktail night and Grand Gala nights are the two formal nights.

cant wait to hear about the cruise on Liberty.. be sure and make a post when you get back. I will be going Next Feb.

The Liberty is a wonderful ship. Have sailed on it twice and going
again in april this year. 56 days to wait.

Each time I have sailed on the liberty as been the nicest trip.
8 long days and a balcony room.

Have a good trip.

hey i'm going on the liberty too!!! and i 'm so excited heres what it sounds to me the formal nights are suppose to rool out like....

we have two formal nights

one is the night of our first day at sea and the other i think is our day at sea before nassua.

A lady that comes in at work about once a month just got off her Eastern 8-day cruise. She told me she thought it is Tuesday and Thursday night, but I would really like to "know" for sure. (I think she did the same islands that I will be doing, only going to St. Maarten, instead of Tortola, which I'm looking forward to "discovering" as a NEW island for me.

Yes, I am getting very "anties/anxious."

Only "26" days, and there ae so many things going on with work/church, that the time will be here before I know it.

Yes, I plan to give a review on my trip when I get back.

Sailed april 07 formal nights were the at sea days.
