Carnival Miracle Rooms - Extended Balcony or not???
Can anyone tell me about the "extended balconies" on this ship?
From the pictures I have seen, it looks like these rooms are well back, inset into the ship and if you look down there is a lifeboat, not water.
Is it worth the extra cost for these or should we just go with a regular balcony. I am considering an 8C, 8E, 8G, or 8I. If not we will take an 8H or 8F.
Any help would be greatly welcomed!
Pictures are worth a thousand words.
My wife and I had an extended balcony on the Conquest and then went back to a regular balcony on the Miracle. We both agreed that the extended balcony really wasn't worth the money. At least not for the two of us. I suppose if there were others hanging out on our balcony with us the extra elbow room would be nice but there really isn't much different. Basically it's just a little more leg room.
Of course this is just how we saw it. Others may feel differently.
If you can get one of the extended balcony cabins at the aft of the ship then grab it!

I have cabin 8272 for the November cruise and can't wait. I've had this type of cabin 4 time in RCCL and love the extra room. Even if there are only 1 or 2 people, just bing able to stretch and have a panoramic view is awesome.
