Default Window Seat

I am traveling with a party of 4 on the Miracle in June. Just wondering what is the best strategy for securing a tablet by a window in the dining room? Is asking enough or does a palm have to be greased?

Asking enough MaitreD at time/place noted on embarkation day is enough. Please be adbised, many of those tables seat 8-10

You can always ask, but like the previous poster mentioned, the tables close to the windows are almost always larger tables. You may already have one with 4 others, thats always possible. I'd see where your table is once you board and go from there.

If you have late seating, you will not be able to see out the windows. Once it gets dark out, you can't see a darn thing the windows.

Also keep in mind that if you do get a chair by the window, it does not mean that you will occupy that seat each and every night, if your tablemates show up before you do for dinner, it is very common for people to switch chairs within the same table throughout the cruise.
So ya better get there first each and every night! lol but true
