Sail and Sign Charge

I received the dreaded Sail and Sign bill on Saturday morning.......actually it wasnt as bad as my friends.....I have noticed a 'Miami Port FAC Fee' does anyone know what that is? I thought I paid all my port fees when I booked the original cruise.....can someone let me know why this sneaked up on my sail and sign account? Oh and I also noticed on this cruise everytime we were in Port whether it was San Juan or St Thomas....if I got a drink there would be a Tax added along with the gratuity.......as if 2.01 wasnt expensive enough for a coke......just go ahead and add on another .12 cents !!! So to all......save the tax and by your drinks at sea!!!
