Default I'm bummed!!

I've been debating with myself back and forth as to whether or not I should book the Party Pirate boat excursion on my Mexican Riviera Cruise.
Now I guess I waited too long, because it's no longer listed.
Darn it. That's the one I really wanted to do.
Oh well, I though I had plenty of time. Our cruise isn't until end of august.

Well I think most everyone has the same idea for their vacations:

DRINK DRINK DRINK

Wait or was that just me?

Nope, you are right. Open bar, steak dinner, fireworks, dancing... the whole enchilada... was included. Hopefully there will be some cancellations, I'm still checking back often.

If you were looking at the Carnival website to do this then don't worry toooooo much... Call Carnival and tell them you want to sign up for the tour and your computer just won't let you sign up for it...

That happened to me about 2 years ago and they just took my reservations right over the phone... Another thing to... there are still some people (like my parents!!!) who do not use/like computers and the cruise lines always keep space open to book these tours once you're onboard the ship...

Good luck and let us know what happens when you call... This early in the game, I think you should get in....

Did you chekc around see if you can book it off the cruise line, private companies are often cheaper as well, and my experience with them has been great.

Well it's like this... I had considered it, however, I'm still a little on the cautious side when it comes to making it back in time.
Here's a bit of info you should know...
The party boat includes... dinner, dancing, a light show and fireworks...
Our ship is scheduled to leave at 10pm.
Now it's been my experience that since fireworks are generally done after dark.... dark usually comes around 9pm, I think it's cutting it a little close time wise...
I figue if I book through Carnival, they won't leave me.... 8) 8) 8)

Check for your shore excursion tickets asap....we requested the Grand Canopy Tour in Jamaica. When the tickets weren't delivered to the cabin, I went to the excursion desk....seems THEIR computer crashed and LOST our reservation. They said the tour was sold out, but somehow, someway, we ended up with the tickets we needed. It was GREAT fun!

What is the port of call for the pirate ship? If it's Cabo, go online and try to find a LaPaz catamaran trip. If it's not offered by the ship, go private. I've been to Cabo twice for a timeshare and I've seen this one offered and back in time. Do a little research. Your tender takes you right to the dock where you would get the catamaran.

Also, for other things water related and fun, go see Rice & Beans where the banana boats, sea doos, kayaks, glass bottom boats, parasailing are offered on the beach opposite Lands End. You can take a taxi from the dock to the office .... don't get lost at the office and beware of the tequila or you may be marrying the man with the sombrero....

Okay, so here's the latest...
If you go to the carnival website you can look at the excursions for Puerto Vallarta (spelling?) and it will show up.

When I logged in on the site for my cruise... the excursion had disappeared..
So I'm going to put my TA to work and book through her. Thanks for all the suggestions... 8)
