Default Shore Excursion Dolphin Swim

I really wanna do the dolphin swim at nassau bahamas, but I am so terrifed and have so many questions. If anyone did it or knows some who who did it, or was the oberserver. PLEASE tell me how it goes. I read the water is 10-25 feet deep, and I can swim alittle bit. I read they give you life vest, but i'm still VERY scaried. HELP

When i went to the atlantis for a week in the bahmas with my family we were going to do a V.I.P version of it at the resort but then bad weather came up... but let me insure you they had me convinced that when i was going to do it i'd be completly safe!!!

Hi -- Rather than the "Swim with the Dolphins", we did the "Dolphin Encounter" at the Blue Lagoon on Nassau and it was worth every penny. Since I have a 6 year old, we didn't want to risk swimming so we did the "encounter". Everyone sits around a dock area in their bathing suits and then take turns getting in the water, standing about waist deep on a platform. You can participate as much or as little as you want. It was my daughter's birthday so we stayed a few minutes after the session and fed out dolphin fish and water. It was truly amazing and she still talks about it. If you want anymore details, post and I can tell you more. My parents were with us and everyone seemed to really enjoy it.

My daughter and I did the swim, it was absolutely amazing! You wear wetsuits and life vests, so I would say that it is very safe.
Here is a link to the website http://dolphinencounters2-px.rtrk.com/ we booked it ourselves, no problems.

Hope you have a great trip!
