I haven't used them personally but I know others who have. Yes they are expensive but you can get specials on port days.. when other people get off of the ship to enjoy port they run specials as well as on the last day on board. These fill up quick. Everything on board goes on your sail and sign card. I have seen people win but like any casino.. more people lose then win.

the first day of your cruise, go to the spa and ask sombody at the front desk about specials on things and what days they are.. it's nice to get somthing done on one of the formal nights so your relaxed and pretty!

I have personally used the spa (on all 3 different cruise lines) and that is my 'treat' during the cruise. I usually have a facial and yes it is more expensive but not much. I really enjoy it after all I'm on vacation.

totally agree on vacation= it's really relaxing if you get a massge or have them do you're hair so you don't have to worry bout it
