On the Sunday Morning show today there was an interesting segment about a Kansas city minister who has started the world wide program of,
"A Complaint Free World."
On of the basics of the program is a purple bracelet, ala lance Armstrong. You put it on one wrist, and when you hear yourself complaining you move it to your other wrist. 21 days, complaint free is the goal. Millions of these have been sent worldwide.
April of 09, there will be a complaint free Carnival cruise, with seminars from the charismatic minister, Will Bowen.
If this cruise books well, this indeed will be a happy ship

There is a fine line between being a chronic complainer and a doormat. If you find a way to manage that balancing act it is a good thing.
We all can and do improve from having shortcomings or problems brought to our attention. However, when that is all that is focused on, it undermines any good that could come of it.
