I am very curious about this too as I am going to be on the Fascination in October and it will be my very first cruise. I am really excited about it.

For me the Prime rib was very good and tender, the pork chops , the Prawns, smoked duck breast ,Prawns and risotto with wine sauce or something like that and at the buffet on Lido deck the Onions rings were the best I have ever had More things were good than not.
